The Second Phlebotomist Cake
When I had shown someone at church the phlebotomist cake I made a few weeks earlier, she was so excited - and immediately asked me if I could make the same cake for her son's birthday. She wanted to deliver it to his office where he worked - as a phlebotomist. No problem. This time I worked harder on making the hand more realistic. It was a huge hit!!! This was a red velvet and chocolate cake, and buttercream frosting with fondant, and gum paste details.
